Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Armar Healthcare offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain healthcare and mobility items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or manufacturer warranty reasons. These include:
- Personal care or medical products that come into direct contact with the body (e.g., cushions, bathroom aids, personal hygiene items)
- Custom-ordered or specially configured products (such as mobility scooters or power chairs built to order)
- Electrical or battery-powered mobility devices that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
Please reach out before purchasing if you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return — our team is happy to clarify.
Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or special-order equipment.
Exchanges
If you need a different model or product, the fastest way is to complete a return first, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note: It can take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to finalize and post the refund.
