Shipping across Australia typically takes 2–3 weeks from the time your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order.
For large mobility items (such as scooters, power chairs, and lift recliners), shipping will be calculated after your order is placed.
You’ll receive a message or invoice with the final shipping cost before dispatch.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send tracking details to your email. Freight items may include courier contact information so you can coordinate delivery directly.

 

Damages or Delivery Issues
